"Shelter" This was by far on of the more difficult works I have created. The weather was very cold outside and the studio was like a freezer, therefore my colors react different than if it was 85 outside. I should have named it "Struggle" as I had to fight with the colors. I had given up for the day but just knowing it was sitting in the studio in need of some care I could not sleep. I went back into the studio at around 1:30 am and began working on the piece. It was amazing how fast it was began to react, like it just needed a little more attention. Sometimes they say you have to walk away for a minute, well it was so true in this case.
