Ocean Rhapsody is not an art piece, it is a vision.This is only a trial run of a much larger event that I have been working on for the past few months. You will be seeing many more pieces of art floating on many different waterways. This last one was performed at Ocean Beach in San Francisco, stay tuned for the larger event.
