"Minds Eye"

"Minds Eye" 38'x 42"

I had no idea this would be the end result of my efforts............Explore the epiphany moment an artist experiences during a revelation on life, an emotional truism, or an indisputable social commentary before being lost under layers of indecisiveness.

Night meets Morning

This triptych is rich in texture and color........................The depth I was able to achieve lent itself to the name.

Each piece measures 16"x48"

Light Plates

I needed to come up with a light plate design for my own use................Now I can offer these in all colors

"Night in June'

Created from the memory I have as a child growing up in Washington State. My brother and I were floating down the Sammamish River outside of Redmond and we were very late getting back home. We spent the better part of the evening just watching the sunset and this is my impression of that evening.

Tahoe experiment

I had this idea while doing a show up at Tahoe this past summer. I want to do a floating art installation on Lake Tahoe. Last evening I took "Journey" to the river next to my home and floated them as a test run. As you can see it was a huge success. Now I need to get some press up at the lake to cover this event.

A note from a client

Just hung the new art and it looks fabulous! It’s hanging in my Master bedroom versus the Great Room where I had intended it originally. It’s simply so calming, peaceful and soothing that I decided it was better placed in my Master where it’s that last thing I see at night & the first thing in the morning. It’s truly a wonderful piece … thanks so very, very much.

"Traveling Guitars"

"Traveling Guitars"
33"x48"

This piece was inspired by several places.
My show up at the Strawberry Music Festival, a photo of my former wife playing a guitar and by my love of music and a desire to play guitar.

This was my first art piece of this style and I really enjoyed creating it. I have been told that I at times seem unfocused in my creation of art? Meaning, I guess I create so many different styles of my art. My canned response to such comments is from Picasso.

"All children are artists, The problem is how to remain an artist once you grow up"

If you have ever watched a child finger paint you will notice that what the create never looks the same. However each piece is beautiful in it's own way
